February 5, 2025 – On December 19, 2024, an agreement was signed in Valencia under which the French company Salvi Groupe<\/strong> acquired 100% of the shares<\/strong> of the Valencian transport company Dietrans<\/strong>. The sale was completed following a structured process coordinated by Vinca Capital<\/strong>, which was engaged by Dietrans<\/strong>‘ shareholders to help ensure the continuity of their business.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1992 in Valencia, Dietrans<\/strong> specializes in domestic freight transport by road<\/strong>. The company has a family-owned<\/strong> structure and is currently run by the second generation. The agreement allows the company to consolidate its growth over more than 30 years of history<\/strong> and strengthen its future plans with an international partner.<\/p>\n

Vinca Capital<\/strong> supported Dietrans<\/strong>\u2019 shareholders throughout the entire sale process, analyzing different strategic options, which included interest from both financial and industrial buyers. In the end, Salvi Groupe<\/strong>, a leading company in the sector, emerged as the successful bidder.<\/p>\n

This transaction enables Salvi Groupe<\/strong> to reinforce its presence in Spain, where it already had an operational branch in Castell\u00f3n, specializing in the transport of ceramic products. The acquisition of Dietrans<\/strong> enhances its footprint in eastern Spain, adding 40 trucks to its fleet and expanding its portfolio with top-tier clients such as Pernod Ricard<\/strong> and Lactalis<\/strong> (Puleva).<\/p>\n
